Ouers wat nie die afsnydatum kon maak nie kan steeds bestel, maar die aflewering sal eers heelwat later in die jaar wees.

Individual Photos  for Morning Star (Primary & High School)

• √ 7 Aug - School photos were taken.
• √ 17 Aug - Order forms were delivered to the school and will be distributed by the school.
• 10 Sep - 1st Cut off date for sending the orders and proof of payments to Momento.
• 7 Oct -  Planned Delivery date for photos.  Digital photos ordered will be sent via email using the SMASH app.

Digital photos

Digital photos ordered will be sent via e-mail using the SMASH app a day after delivery of the prints. Parents who ordered digital photos but do not receive it within a day of the delivery date should please contact us  by e-mail immediately.

"Late" Orders

• Parents who missed the 1st Cut off date can still order photos but delivery will be much later.

• 1 Sep (Tuesday morning) -  Delivery of the Printed photos.
• 11 Sep - 2nd Cut off - for late orders and parents who missed the 1st Cut off.
• 6 Oct - Planned Delivery of the above late orders.

• √ 6 Aug - Order forms (with color sample photo and official photo number) were delivered to the school.

• √ 4 Sep - 1st Cut off date for orders.
• 18 Sep (Friday) - Planned Delivery of Photos (Printed & Digital)
• 19 Sep - Digital photos ordered will be send via e-mail using the SMASH app. Parents who have ordered digital photos but did not receive it should please contact us by e-mail ASAP.

"Late Orders"

• Parents who were unable to make the return date can still order as soon as possible in the normal way. All "late orders" will be processed as a new batch

GENERAL NOTICE

Collection Times for "Late School Orders" 

Collection Times

Saturdays : 08h00 - 10h00
Weekdays : Please arrange a time and confirm before driving all the way!

(Often we are not available at the office, so please confirm with us before driving all the way!)

"Late Orders" - All Schools

• Parents who were unable to meet the closing date for placing an orders can still do so in the normal way. All "late orders" are being processed as a new batch - see delivery dates below
• There is no closing date for "late orders" at this stage as we try to keep a copy of ALL photos taken for years.
• "Late orders" need to be collected from the studio.

Digital Orders sent by SMASH

• If you ordered digital photos, you should have receive an e-mail from SMASH with the download link for downloading the photos (please check your spam folder if not in your inbox).
• Once you have opened the SMASH download link, your photos should download to your computer’s "download folder".
• Note that the download link expires within 7 days!  Thereafter you should request a new link from Momento.
